Embrace the Real You

You are perfect just the way you are!

I am noticing more and more that people are so hung up on appearances. It’s as if they need to have the perfect body shape, expensive hairstyle, latest fashion items to feel validated. There’s nothing wrong with being confident and having a healthy respect for your presence in the world, but this should never be a mask for how you really feel about yourself. You should not hide behind these idealised images of perfection so that the world doesn’t get to see the real you, flaws and all, because the truth is that none of us are perfect. It’s OK to be vulnerable and exposed.

I believe that every person is special and has a beautiful gift to share with humanity. We came into this life for a purpose and our journey is all about finding out what that is and achieving it, whether we realise it or not. For some people it’s really obvious, but for others it’s more of a struggle because they fight it. We are subjected to so much conditioning by parents, teachers, governments, corporations, media and even well meaning friends, that beliefs form in the unconscious mind which sabotage our self confidence and we don’t even realise how they affect our choices.

What happens is that many people go through life constantly trying to fit in with what they are taught is “normal”, rather than listening to their nagging inner voice that’s trying to lead them in a different direction from what they’re comfortable with. Even though on some level they know what they should be doing, it all seems too hard to break out of the mould and become someone different. This is what causes those feelings of being lost and unfulfilled – that knowingness that you are capable of so much more. And this is not going to be solved by buying expensive clothing and spending hours in the gym sculpting yourself into a perceived version of what you think the world wants you to be. You can't hide

What the world really wants are people who are authentic. I am committed to helping others find that special gift inside of them and have the courage to break of their comfort zones and embrace that purpose. This is the only real path to total fulfilment. So love yourself honestly and completely for who you are, no matter what shape or size, because we all need you. Your body is just the temporary vessel that is carrying around the most empowered and all knowing part of you -  your soul.

Are You Finding Life A Challenge?

Do you have a person or a situation in your life that constantly challenges you? No matter how hard you try to deal with it, just when you think it’s all under control and you have a positive outlook, something else happens to bring you right back down again? This is the ebb and flow of life. These people and situations are there to teach lessons, but sometimes don’t you just wish you could have a lesson-free month? I know I do.

The reality is that life can’t be positive all the time. If every day was perfect we would lose sight of what that represents. The only reason we appreciate good days is because we compare them to the bad days, which makes them so much sweeter. The key is to be grateful for every experience, good or bad, because they are all happening for a reason. They are all designed to help us learn and grow.

As part of the growth process we need to be mindful of the fact that we could be unconsciously sabotaging our happiness because a past life experience is at the root of our problem. Past life regression really does give valuable insight into why we are the way we are. Some people are a little afraid of what they might find when they start delving into the past. However, the unconscious mind is protective and will only show you what you need to learn at a particular time. Otherwise, you would just remember every past life and recognise every person you have ever met – the loved ones and the ones who have wronged you. We don’t need to know all of that information. We only need to discover the parts that affect our future growth.  Perhaps these are the parts that we have become stuck with because we never moved on.

We don’t remember every single thing we’ve experienced even in this lifetime. We only retain the parts that are significant to our learning. We know that we have had many experiences as we’ve grown and have learned from them, without having to remember every event. It’s the same with past lives. So don’t be afraid to allow your mind to open up to the information that is required to help you grow because it’s valuable and potentially vital to your future success.

For example, it is easier to deal with relationships issues when you understand that these are ongoing over many lifetimes. Perhaps that over-protective parent may not seem quite so annoying once you know that in a past life they had witnessed your death and not been able to prevent it. Or it explains why you can have an intense, almost irrational attraction to someone you barely know. You could find out why you dislike whole races or cultures of people or why when you travel, you know exactly where to go in places you have never visited before. The possibilities and benefits are endless.

We are all part of a giant universal school with every lifetime being a different grade. We work our way up from kindergarten and eventually reach university where we graduate from the school of life – some people call this “enlightenment”.

If you are fearful of what you might find, remember you don’t have to experience pain or trauma again. You’ve done that already. You only need to recognise the events and the lessons which can very effectively allow physical, emotional and psychological healing. This allows you to move on and achieve your highest goals and live your happiest life. Most people are curious and fascinated in what they discover during a regression. Many have life-changing epiphanies that allow them to realise their true purpose this time around. Others leave with a new-found respect for their family, friends and even those who they are not so fond of. Everyone has a purpose and I believe this is one of the most effective methods of finding out what that is.

I am looking forward to sharing future blog posts on this subject with you to allow more education on this process and to dispel fears that are holding you back from discovering your true inner self.
